Frank Cassini
Frank has been a working actor in theatre, film and television for over twenty years in both Canada and the U.S. Some of his notable theatre credits include his award winning The Jones Boy in LA, and the Off-Broadway production of Tony 'n Tina's Wedding in New York. For What We Reap, The Red Address and In The Eyes of God were performed here in Vancouver. Frank is a double Leo Award nominee for his lead performances in the Vancouver films, Little Brother Of War (2004) and For A Few Lousy Dollars (1996 ). Some other film roles include: Watchmen, Vice, The Entrance, Unnatural & Accidental, James Dean and Goodfellas. Selected television roles include: Intelligence, The 4400, Davinci's City Hall, Davinci's Inquest, Stargate, Cold Squad, Dead Zone, Dead Like Me, Nypd Blue, X-Files, Millenium, and Miami Vice. Frank has taught acting for more than ten years, seven of which have been with Lyric. He is a lifetime member of The Actors Studio in both NY and LA since 1997. Frank is currently working as a series regular on CTV’s new episodic The Bridge. He will be back at Lyric in Fall ’09.
